The purpose of this short paper is to present an analysis of the Hebrew text of Psalm 90,12, and to reflect on its extant Hungarian translations. In order to achieve my goal, I will divide the text into smaller unites, as suggested by the Masoretic accent signs, and during the analysis I will focus on:
- the delimitation of the meaning and syntactic role of the construction לִמְנ֣וֹת יָ֭מֵינוּ;
- the syntactic place and the sematic field of the modal adverb כֵּ֣ן (whether it belongs to the verb לִמְנ֣וֹת, or to the verb הוֹדַ֑ע);

A LXX-kutatás fellendülése óta aktuális egy LXX teológia megírása. Annak azonban, aki erre vállalkozik, számos kérdést kell megválaszolnia, vagy legalábbis bizonyos módszertani akadályokat tudomásul vennie. A LXX egy képlékeny fogalom, amely nemcsak a könyveinek számában ingadozik, hanem adott esetben egy könyvhöz több párhuzamos szöveget is kínál, több teológiai súlyponttal. A LXX teológiájának tehát mindenképp komparatívnak kell lennie, amely figyelembe veszi a legfontosabb variánsokat.
