Chapter VI. Modalities of collaboration between leadership structures of the PTI and the teaching, research, technical and administrative personnel as well as student organisations
- Art. 140. The representatives of student organisations and those of the teaching and nonteaching staff can participate in the activities of PTI leadership structures (Faculty Council, Senate, Administrative Council) either as elected members, or as being invited to the sessions of respective structures.
- Art. 141. Student organisations which represent student interests at the level of every component of the academic community can participate as invited members at the sessions where student problems are discussed. The students have at least one representative in the Ethics Committee, in the Committee for Quality Assurance, as well as in other committees having social character, according to Law 1/2011.
- Art. 142. At the sessions of leadership structures, during the discussions which are finalised with decisions concerning student or personnel issues, the representatives of the legally constituted personnel and student organisations have the right to express their opinions and proposals freely and sustain their cause.
- Art. 143. The aspects which constitute basic preoccupations of personnel and student organisations, like e.g. those concerning working and living conditions of the employed staff and of the students, are analysed punctually and debated through consultations both with the representatives of the respective organisations in leadership structures, as well as with other invited persons from the leadership organisations of staff and students.
- Art. 144. Persons holding leadership roles within the PTI are recommended to participate at specific activities of personnel and student organisations in order to know better the problems they are facing and to realise the strategic objectives of the PTI by common effort.
- Art. 145. Periodically, representatives of PTI leadership structures organise meetings with student representatives in order to analyse and consult vis-à-vis the major issues of the educational process, the practical training of the students, student research, board and lodging problems, student mobility, healthcare etc.
- Art. 146. Student representatives are co-opted in organising committees of specific academic manifestations (scientific sessions, symposia, inter-university research, cultural and sports competitions etc.).
- Art. 147. The leadership of the PTI, through its Administrative Council, organises common meetings periodically concerning the application of the regulations included in the Charta as well as in various internal documents (Code of student rights and obligations, Code of ethics, Internal regulation etc.).
