This paper is the second part of a three-piece series, concerning the question of dichotomy and trichotomy. The semantic analysis of the biblical terms was published in an earlier issue of the Református Szemle (2015/3). The present paper presents an introduction on the importance of theological anthropology and the anthropological approach of most important authors from the Early Church.
